Child abuse and child neglect is RAMPANT especially with the on going drug problem. There should be zero tolerance for this type of behavior. The children, the babies  are victims and our laws should protect their rights! 

Any persons charged abusing their child should immediately loose the rights to have any contact with them. There should be zero visits thru our local CPS.  Any person found guilty of child abuse or neglect should serve a minimum 10 year or more prison sentence. 

Any Mother testing positive for illegal narcotics during pregnancy should loose their children at birth and every child in the home and any unborn child there after.   

We can NOT sit back and watch children being abused or neglected any longer! Children and babies have RIGHTS to!!! 

AND NOONE IS FIGHTING FOR THEM! 

I have seen parents plead guilty to submerging a new born into hot grease and still to this day walking the streets, they got probation! and still have custody of other children. Imagine the torture and torment this little newborn felt! Its unthinkable! NO CHILD SHOULD BE FORCED TO VISIT OR FORCED TO SEE OR EVEN RETURNED TO A PERPETRATOR!!!!!!!!!! 

There is another victim under the age of 2 whose mommy got angry and broke his femur because he wouldn't settle down n boy did she teach him! not only did she plop her butt in a chair at CPS n never missed a visit, CPS was forced to return him back to the person that hurt him! ITS DISGUSTING AND A VERY AWFUL THING TO DO TO A BABY OR CHILD!! 

THE ADULTS, THE PARENTS WHO IS TO BE TAKING CARE OF THE CHILDREN ENSURING THEIR SAFETY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND SHOULD FACE SEVERE CONSEQUENCES FOR THEIR ACTIONS!!!

THE TIME IS NOW! STOP WATCHING! START CALLING YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVES AND DEMAND NEW LAWS TO PROTECT THE CHILDREN!!!! 

Times have changed! Behavior has changed and we must change to keep AMERICAN CHILDREN SAFE!
