As someone who has enjoyed the Elder Scrolls games for many years, saying that I love the MMO version of this series would be an understatement. I find myself spending countless hours with this game. 

But ever since crown crates were suggested as an idea that the developers were wanting to implement, that raised red flags for a great many of us that care about the future of this game. Many of us have played other MMO-style games, and have seen what this kind of feature could do to not only to the community, but how the community views Zenimax Online Studios. 

We want to stop this kind of behavior in our favorite game, and keep gambling out of Elder Scrolls Online. We understand that at the end of the day, ZOS is a business, and they have families to feed. But the crown crate direction is a slippery slope in a bad direction, and as someone that cares greatly about this game, I will do everything I can to prevent this from happening. 

Don't take the easy way out, ZOS. This is an intervention, and we want to stop you from going down this path that most of us will not follow.
