Now, Tornadus-Therian definitely is not a broken Pokemon by any means. But there's a different reasoning for not allowing BSP to use it.

Bullshit hax.

BSP is one of the luckiest players in competitive Pokemon history. Up there with users such as Pancrazia, HereComesHeracross, SEA (if he comes back me and him are throwing hands), and Lars. So how is it fair if this lucky-ass nigga gets to use a mon with a relatively high speed tier and to Hurricane, which is STAB off of a broken offensive typing AND has a 30% chance to confuse. If that's not enough for you, Heat Wave, though its burn chance is not as high, will always burn when used by a Tornadus captained by BSP. Anything else? He'll probably just crit with it. But yeah, a user as lucky as BSP should never, ever, ever, EVER be given access to a fast mon whose main STAB has a confusion chance that high. His luck is ridiculous. And if his Tornadus was the only mon haxing people out of matches, it wouldn't be a problem. But each and every time he uses this mon, his entire team just becomes incredibly lucky. This is worse then that last-second hax that screws the entire game. He's haxing your ass throughout the entire match to the point where last-second hax won't even matter. You'll probably have already lost to hax by that point of the match, anyway.

To further drive the point home. I made a YouTube video of a BSP battle where every time he haxes, it speeds up. I think this video should do a good job supporting the argument.
