I would like to start a campaign for Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative due to their abnormal high electric bill, higher than how people in our commmunity consume electricity. And they have frequent black out of the electricity in Mindanao and no leaders give concern about it. They turn on and off  the electricity,  results to defecting our home appliances and some circuits. I would like to start petition to improve  the electricity source and lower the the bill that it deserved. And provide our place another big source of electricity all over ZANORTE. Like free solar energy and anything possible that can lower our electric bill and avoid any frequent and routine black out.
