Using public Transport in Zambia ,Lusaka especially is such a hustle.

Some of the challengers faced by commuters :

-Harassment by buses drivers and conductors at bus stations and bus stops.

-In correct change given to commuters by conductors.

-Bus drivers delay to get to destinations as they stop to search for customer.

-Commuters are dropped in the middle of nowhere as bus drivers try to get passengers going in opposite direction.

-Councils have lost out on revenue they are supposed to be getting from bus drivers as cadres have taken over bus stations and bus stops.

We can bring sanity to public transport  in our cities and bring back revenue to the councils by using an online bus ticketing system,that is easy and convenient for the commuter to use .
