Fabel Pineda was raped and murdered.

Fabel Pineda was raped by two policemen from San Juan, Ilocos Sur. She filed her case in a police station at the nearby town of Cabugao. She asked for escort to go home from the Cabugao police but they refused. She was gunned down later, shot several times. She was only 15 years old. 

Fabel’s older cousin was also allegedly molested by the two cops. The police chief said that the victim was on a motorcycle ride home with her uncle and a male cousin, when a motorcycle with two passengers wearing helmets and face masks chased and bumped their motorcycle. They targeted the girl and shot her 5 times before fleeing.
