To feed his greed and personal ambition, Mr Suhail Manya has produced a toxic atmosphere of suspicion and hatred at the school as he and his associates try to transfer the assets of this charity  into another charity set up by Mr Manya. Mr Manya is bullying and intimidating staff into submission by spreading slander or threatening to publicly defame teachers or remove them. He is damaging the children by lieing to them and encouraging them to spy on teachers to feed his personal greed. He has wrongly removed two respected teachers and covered up allegations made by school children of incorrect treatment to protect his reputation and to keep himself in the position that will enable him to secretly transfer millions of pounds worth of assets from Bolton Darul uloom to his own charity.

Mr Manya has made public speeches attacking individuals that resist his tyranny and on 15th March 2019, attacked mufti Abdul Hamid and founders of tauheedul school for teaching equality/British values during a speech given in the mosque where he is the imam - his real motive is the deep rooted jealousy and hatred he has for these people which he has made clear to his staff . He has also made speeches to the school children attacking the teachers and their parents - branding them liars and hypocrites. He has undermined teachers authority and damaged the school.

To raise his public profile, he initiated the KFC 'halal' fitnah despite not having the knowledge to do so - his actions have led to thousands eating doubtful food. He contradicts himself in the speeches related to this issue and even claimed that a photograph of him consuming doubtful food was photoshopped - the man has no principals and no shame. He failed to disclose his close relationship to the owners of that particulrp franchise of KFC - knowing full well there was conflict of interest.

Mr Manya and his associates have verbally and physically attacked a 70 year old trustee. They have lied to the charity commission, to the trade union and other organisations about the legal status of the charity - we have evidence which will be released shortly.

His associate, has exploited a local woman for tens of thousands of pounds, yet Mr Manya continues to associate with him despite seeing a first hand account of the allegations made by this woman. Mr Manya claims to promote righteousness and morals, yet associates with a man that clearly has none. This is damaging the students in the school who, instead of being given a thirst for religion, are being alienated as they see this so called 'moulana' and senior team lie, cheat and deceive.

The children are being mistreated, their money and mobile phones are being stolen and they are denied access to basic necessities in order to save money. The children are verbally abused and intimidated by his senior team so they are afraid to speak out.



Mr Manya and his associates need to distance them selves from Bolton darul uloom and hand control back to the original founding trustees.

We are the staff and we are fed up of Mr Manya's lies and deception. He makes staff sign documents under duress and claims to have personal information on staff that he will use to 'destroy' them. His associates are falsely claiming they are trustees and involving themselves in the running of the darul uloom - we have evidence of these individuals signing documents as trustees of the darul uloom but they are not - their only motive is to help Mr Manya steal the assets of the charity, with no regard for the damage they are doing to the charity, the school, the teachers and students.

If we are to undo the damage Mr Manya has caused to the young hearts and minds under his care, we need to remove him and his associates so they can be replaced with positive role models. There is no spiritual enhancement taking place at Bolton DU because of the sickness of greed and hatred that exists in it's ' leader'. We have to make a change for the sake of the children.
