Mike Smalls Jr was permanently banned from an application called Yubo. Although, we believe that this ban was an unfair and unethical decision that was made by the Yubo employees. Mike Smalls is the most influential and popular user to ever exist on the Yubo platform and he created a business called 'Our.Empire' to bring the community closer together! His business also has 3x more support from the YuBo community members than the actual Yubo employees themselves (hence why we think this had something to do with his ban). The Yubo employees on the other hand stated that the "only" reason he was banned was simply due to the fact that Mike hosted events called 'EmpireCon' in which he invited hundreds of people from the Yubo App to meet in person, party, and create content. In retrospect, the YuBo employees deemed these events as technical "illegal" events. The parties he hosted were held in Airbnb's and there were college kids who were 18+ consuming alcohol. But at the time, Mike didn't have the means to book a venue or  even have a way to strictly enforce 21+ drinking. He's just 1 man with a very small team and since his business went viral so fast, he did his best to make his events as professional as possible by purchasing licensed security to keep attendees safe, shuttle busses, admission workers, and more. He also never promoted underage drinking and his past event flyers can prove it, he just can't keep track of all his attendees at his EmpireCon events every second of the day. Mike has strived to make his business become more and more professional and even though his events were "illegal," he had to start somewhere, just like any other business owner. 
 
 So now, Mike has took matters into his own hands. Our.Empire is now an LLC and he has completely rebranded his business. He has taken out any and all logos, trademarks, or other representations of the Yubo App within his business.  Additionally, his next EmpireCon event and all future events will be 100% legal in which he has partnered with a nationally known nightclub called Gilt that will be accompanied by state police officers as well as enforcing a strict 21+ age minimum for alcohol.
 
Mike has respected and complied with all YuBo terms and agreements and we believe that Mike has earned the right to return to the Yubo Community!!
