Stand Against Un-Constitutional Vaccine Mandate

The Issue

This is not a Petition for the Vaccine itself for all persons should feel safe inside their work, home and community throughout their daily lives as a member of society. It is ensured as part of our pursuit to happiness as listed in the Preamble of the Bill of Rights the very Fabric in which this Country was established and made great by.

This petition is against the mandate of the COVID-19 Vaccines. All Persons should be In-charge of their own bodily autonomy without the interjection of government entities for un-Constitutional, un-lawful and un-ethical mandates. Nor have we been provided the full “CMS Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Final Rule” referenced below and attached to this petition for full disclosure for all person to review.

"We the People" who have provided our livelihood to Yuma Regional Medical Center have been Disheartened with the decision to mandate the COVID-19 Vaccine. We strongly encourage you to re-evaluate this decision and take a stand for the people of our community. We want nothing more than to continue growing with Yuma Regional Medical Center, however if this continues on we fear we will be ostracized and discriminated from our work. We believe that Yuma Regional Medical Center should be the voice of our community before we are silenced for good.

As of Wednesday 11/17/2021 the Biden-Harris Administration has suspended the enforcement of COVID-19 VACCINE MANDATE due to the un-constitutionality and lawsuits that came from the unlawful mandate. OSHA was quoted stating they have: “suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.”. Meaning there is no legal avenue that is currently in place to enforce peoples to get said Vaccine without usurping people’s inalienable human rights.

We will not Comply with this un-constitutional mandate. We encourage YRMC Leadership and YRMC Medical board to stand up for its employees and it's community as a whole against this immoral, inhuman and irreversible determination.
