YouTube should remove their Content ID matching system outright.

The Issue

The Content ID matching system prevents YouTube content creators from using short trailer clips or a few seconds of a song. Many YouTube content creators use video and song to better demonstrate an opinion, ie: a video game reviewer would use small clips of footage from the game and maybe a verse of a song to better emphasize an opinion or point that he/she is trying to make. Many companies have said that they did not submit any copyright claims to YouTube about a select video, therefore YouTube removes a video without reason. Without change, many "YouTubers" will be forced to close their channels because they no longer get paid for their videos.
