YouTube needs to know the difference between trolling and bullying. A troll is someone online who does things that are edgy or crude humor that people take seriously. They are NOT serious about what they do and they just like controversies and funny reactions. Bullies just like to harass people and make them miserable or suicidal. BULLIES are serious about what they do. I've seen many trolls get suspended on YouTube lately even when they didn't even do anything even offensive. Some get suspended when they criticize certain things. We have freedom of speech and you said in your community guidelines that you allow free speech. Now on the comments box, you can't reply to comments usually, and now the comments box are "cleaned up" now because nowadays we will only see comments that are "appropiate because they aren't trolling" and ones that everyone will like. So now, we won't see any funny comments or edgy comments. Who cares if a comment is irrelevant or funny or edgy, it's NOT bullying. Think about it, the internet would be boring if everyone was serious online and nobody would be edgy or troll. Trolling always is online. Either tough it out, or just go onto a site for 5 year olds. You people shouldn't be on the internet if you're going to get pissed by things that aren't even a big deal. One troll who never got banned is Bart Baker. He's a really funny troll, but everyone gets offended by his videos and posts pissed comments. Sure trolls might accidentally offend someone, but as Family Guy or South Park are basically troll shows, that doesn't mean we can't troll. It's just like this: A white guy beats a black guy up for being black. This shows that the white guy was OFFENDED by the fact that the black guy was black instead of white. But it doesn't mean that the black guy is going to convert to white and be the new Michael Jackson. If something offends you, IGNORE IT AND EVADE IT! And as for bullies, just like in real life, there's always going to be bullies. You just have to learn to fight them. The thing is, YouTube will have to identify an actual online bully and suspend them faster than they used to so that this whole thing where we report online harassment doesn't do any effect anymore. But if you think cyberbullying is the worst thing, why don't you go look at bullies IN REAL LIFE. Trust me, they're worse! I will be honest, I NEVER was a victim. But I just wonder how you all would deal with bullies in real life. If everyone was nice all the time and never mean, then life, unfortunately would be boring and everyday would be the same. This also shows how this whole "appropiate comments" thing is stupid because then the comments you see will always be the same. Also, don't forget, YouTube, people now are able to post ASCII text pics of penises and stuff now. ROFL at your self-contradictions!!!
