Even after several reports, YouTube will not shut down pages or delete videos of animal abuse. Not videos and pages ABOUT or REPORTING animal abuse, actual videos OF animal abuse. 

If you google “YouTube animal cruelty”, you will find SEVERAL complaints of YouTube not caring to take down these videos/ deleting pages of animal abuse. 

Per a charity organization named Lady Freethinker who is petitioning YouTube as well: “ YouTube must do a better job at monitoring and removing all videos that violate its terms and standards, alerting local law enforcement to illegal content, and holding channels accountable for their actions with suspensions and terminations“
