Unban EleventhGorgeous YouTube Channel

The Issue

The YouTube sisters Tracy and Stefanie are the official owners of the EleventhGorgeous channel on YouTube, and a secondary channel named as TeeAndEss. They have a passion for posting their works of art on YouTube in order to entertain their viewers and their channel was started because they wanted something fun to do. I would like to add on that their channel was created before the YouTube Partnership program was released. The reason they are in this situation is because Tracy and Stefanie; who had no knowledge of this rule, asked viewers for likes on giveaways on YouTube. As a result their chennel EleventhGorgeous was put on strike because of bribery. There are hundreds and probably thousands of other channels that break the rules and can get away with it. Another issue is that people can publish such misleading and/or unsavory content. Adding on to that, it doesn't make sense how YouTube wouldn't make sure all of their active users have knowledge of the rules and laws they have to follow if they were to post videos with or without a monetized account. You most definitly follow a rule or law that you weren't aware existed. Their channel is currently unaccessible by them and due to this it is impossible for them to post any content on the channel. There are kinks in YouTube's system that should be ironed out and my counter is that the video that was flagged was flagged for Innapropriate Content. However they do not post that kind of content, and also they were put on strike when the video should had been removed if it were flagged for innapropriate content. I can hypothesize that whoever reviewed the video didn't follow the protocol and took the wrong course of action, leading many to believe that they are being bullied. I believe that the YouTube sisters Tracy and Stefanie should be given their channel EleventhGorgeous back.
