Unban The YouTube Account: PyroFilmsFX With A Legitimate Review System

Unban The YouTube Account: PyroFilmsFX With A Legitimate Review System
The Issue
Today, I opened my email expecting the normal updates on the latest news. Instead I see what I would have least expected. My third community strike. That basically means you no longer will have access to your account and your content will no longer be visible.
I would like the YouTube review system to be more complete, and/or have real people legitimately review content.
Three of my 100+ videos recieved a community strike for similar/same reason.
Afraid, I reviewed the email I recieved from YouTube, making sure that this was real.
It surely was.
'Community Strike 3'
I know what this means but I don't agree. My first strike was me explaining how to put a folder into a folder. A simple glitch on an iPhone that has been around forever. There was nothing in the video that could earn the video a strike. I have seen dozens if not hundreds of the exact same glitch/idea I based my video off of. The strike was originally recieved for 'potentialy misleading or deceptive content.' Why me out of all other people creating a similar video would receive this strike? I have seen a video almost the same idea and good explanation with hundreds of thousands more views than I recieved. I completely disagree on the fact that would even get a strike.
My second strike was a more recent video of my showing how to get Full Features on an application. The application is called Cloud Player, it was an iOS 7 screen recorder that was removed from the Apple App Store. So if anyone wanted to legitimately pay for the Full Features, they couldn't. I went ahead and looked around of how people/usera could still gain the full features after the application was removed. Because some users were not able to pay for the features while it was available to the general public. The video was also for educational purposes, to show exactly how you could access a setting after the application was removed, as it was no longer possible. Now, I see why I could have gotten the strike for this video, but if it was truly looked into about why this was done etc. then it could be easily undertsood.
Now my third strike was today. A video I created that confronts a user on youtube. He was a fraudulent scammer who was asking for donations for an application that wasn't real or being created. I created this video to prove this and to help the users not to fall for his scams. Now again, I see the reason completely of why I got the strike. This stike I could agree with, but truth be told, I have the right of freedom of speech. And my freedom of speech saved many users from falling into his trap,as his account was even removed from youtube. From you guys. Because of my video.
I hope this issue can truly be looked into, by a human. Whereas the human could actually think about what truly happened in the videos and why.
I believe the recent videos in question have been flagged out of spite / wrongfully and bare no legitimate complaint. I have many users that hate me and many enemies, for all I know the original flagger could have been an old enemy with lots of accounts or a jealous user whom could have simply flagged a video hoping they could get more viewers on his. Basically taking down the competition.
Thank you for your time,
