There are many YouTube channels that currently consume and torture live animals such as squid,octopus and shrimp. There are also several videos of youtubers eating cats,baby goats etc.

One channel called ‘Ssoyoung’ is known to eat live animals without relaxing or euthanising them.In her videos,you can see several instances of her rubbing salt on live animals causing them great pain and biting the legs off of octopus while it’s still alive.

There are also multiple videos by a YouTuber called VI ASMR where she consumes live animals,fried cats,dogs and various other creatures.

This is a cruel and disgusting practise that YouTube has continued to allow on its platform.My goal is to have restrictions on ‘mukbang’ or ‘eating show’ videos as I believe that there are several users exhibiting inhumane practices.I aim to ban the consumption and torture of live animals on YouTube and I hope that the channels that have done so will be removed.

No animal deserves to be tortured.
