Cody from DaddyOFive is clearly abused, neglected and in his own words "Having his life ruined" by his abusive parents. He needs to be found a loving home, possibly with his dogs instead of being punished for having "something else"(MommyOFive: GETTING READY FOR DISNEY : 2.54). 

This child is not being embraced for his differences, but attacked for his individuality!
