For who knows how long, there have been commenters on certain YouTube videos with provocative profile pictures of women with enhanced...features. These bots produce comments that always end in three(3) random emojis. Examples (yes, these are real comments) include:

"Your channel is like a pleasant discovery for me. Thank you for the warm atmosphere and interesting content.   (insert monkey, watermelon, and grape juice emojis)"

"Thank you for your continued dedication to creating interesting and quality content. Your videos are always a joy to watch. (insert hibiscus, male gender symbol, microphone emojis)"

"Every time I visit your channel, I know that something amazing is waiting for me. Thank you for your bright creativity and effort!(insert waxing gibbous, female gender symbol, horse emojis)"

These are some of the more "innocent" bot comments, but these three examples came from a singular YouTube short. There have also been bots commenting about a given video and watching it with a fictional partner (emojis included) instead of doing something implied and assumed to be...less than innocent.

There have also been commenters and content creators who have reported that clicking on the bios of these bots will lead to pornographic websites.

To my knowledge, YouTube has done literally nothing to stop these or even fight against them, leaving real humans annoyed and irritated, and possibly unsuspecting. 

My goal with this petition is to have YouTube actually do SOMETHING against these bots, and protect users on the site. By signing, you support the cause of keeping YouTube a little bit safer.
