I want to recover my disabled AdSense and my channel Monetization.

The Issue

I want to recover my disabled AdSense account and my YouTube channel monetization. YouTube disabled my Monetization. Due to invalid click. I don't know how to use AdSense and admob.Someone has invalid click on the my ads and invalid 10000 click on my ads in only 500 to 1000 impression and CTR is Approx 500%. Please YouTube enabled my monetization And AdSense Account.
