We demand that YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and other social media sites remove media depicting abuse of reptiles and amphibians and to update their Terms of Service to include banning content creators who upload media depicting this abuse.

Included in this ban shall be videos that depict the illegal practice of veterinary medicine without license, videos that depict free handling of venomous reptiles, videos that depict abuse and neglect, videos that depict the live feeding of reptiles or amphibians, and videos that depict staged animal combat.

It is common sense that videos that depict abuse of, neglect of, or violence towards any animal is detrimental to Society as well as the animals being abused, yet thousands of videos depicting this abuse are currently being promoted and supported by social media sites. Profitting from the abuse of animals must stop immediately.
