The Issue
I am calling on the government of State of Qatar to revoke Nicolas Sarkozy's ambassadorial role with immediate effect.
In December 2017, Alassane Ouattara appointed his friend Sarkozy as an ambassador to the State of Qatar to attract investment and finance to the Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivoire).
The recent public allegations in relation to Sarkozys' integrity questions his right and integrity to hold such an important post.
