Your Downtown Wichita Falls Farmers Market is located in the heart of Downtown Wichita Falls, Texas at the corner of 8th and Ohio. The Farmers Market has been located at this building since 1989.

The lease of the Farmers Market building with Downtown Wichita Falls Development expired in April '22. The DWFFMA Board has been negotiating with Downtown Wichita Falls Development since that time but have reached an impasse.

The lease cost under the previous agreement was $750.00 per month.

Under the new lease Agreement, Downtown Wichita Falls Development has given us two options.

1.Monthly Lease cost will increase to $1,350.00 per month (74% Increase) and ½ of the Associations’ Profits

OR

2. Monthly Lease cost of $3,450.00

Please help the Wichita Falls Farmers Market Association negotiate a fair Lease Agreement to continue the success of the market for all vendors, customers, Downtown businesses, and the citizens of Wichita Falls to enjoy. Help prevent this attack on small businesses and help keep your Downtown Farmers Market a staple in the heart of Downtown Wichita Falls.
