MACC is out of control. They have gone beyond their legal limitations to seize animals within the city, using vague "potentially dangerous" language in the city ordinance to kick in doors, and put to death animals that havent attacked or harmed anyone or any animal. This problem is becoming more rampant. Owners who wish to challeng rulings by MACC staff, must pay to get a hearing, only to realize the hearing officer is the very same person who made the ruling to begin with. MACC officers apply enforcement erratically and without regard to the 4th amendment or even their own code of conduct. If an animal owner does not have the means to fight back, their animals are euthanized, and they are banned from pet ownership for 5 years. Stop them. Put a leash on MACC.
