On May 18, 2011, the college experience was changed forever by the FDA. The fantasy of being able to achieve inebriation for next to nothing was robbed from an entire generation. What was once one drink is now stimulants, multiple drinks, and half a dozen venmos. If Joe Biden wants to get in the good graces of young America, this is one of the only things we can all agree is necessary.
