North Tyneside Council have had a planning application submitted to change the use of unit 6 in Monkseaton metro station( which is directly next door to Childrens Choice Nursery), into a micro pub. 

A few of the reasons why we are against the proposal are:

• Noise
• Littering 
• Bad language
• Strangers
• Smell (cooking / smoking)
• Vandalism, security of our outdoor areas
• Increase in traffic and parking.
