The Issue
No animal should ever be treated in this manner for a "Fun Family" outdoor activity. To say that it has been going on in the south forever is not an excuse for animal abuse; no living being should be terrorized in this manner for any reason and what is this teaching children? This must be stopped and should never be allowed again.
