Yes to VT H.371 and H.439 - Decriminalization of Medicinal Plants and Fungi in Vermont
The Issue
The Volunteers at Decriminalize Nature Vermont are working hard with Vermont Representatives and Legislators to decriminalize medicinal/therapeutic plants and fungi and have introduced two new bills to the house judiciary committee H.371 and H.439. The beneficial uses of many medicinal plants and fungi have been withheld from people by labelling them as drugs and suppressing their healing capabilities for far too long. We are asking for the FREEDOM and right to treat and heal ourselves from physical maladies and emotional trauma using nature's medicine. That's it, the freedom of choice.
