Join me in calling for Yavapai County Prosecutor Sheila Polk’s resignation.  

Ms Polk was engaged in airing No-205 (Arizona Recreational Marijuana initiative) commercials ads in what Colorado officials described as “highly misleading to wholly inaccurate”, and she continued to air these commercials after being asked to stop by three Colorado State Officials in a signed letter.  As an attorney, Ms Polk clearly violated AZ Bar’s Rules of Professional Conduct because she continued to “engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation” (MISCONDUCT 8.4, C).
