If the YARCOBR Board is serious about increasing security at the Yacht & Racquet Club, they should consider more effective measures, such as arming the guards and reinforcing the gates to be unbreakable. Additional rules alone won’t prevent real threats and they only make life more cumbersome for the residents.

Appears to me that the current board loves their rules.
