Potential Change of VENDOR Policy at YARCOBR

Mike Shea's notes continued on Vendor Services Policy: 

In addition to the PGL each Owner and Renter will be permitted to have a Vendor/Service Provider List which should be updated to include only the names of a vendor, contractor, caregiver, housekeeper or housewatcher who regularly comes to the Club to provide services at the direction of the Owner or Renter.  Owners and Renters must submit the names of their vendors and contractors in writing to Management for inclusion on this list.  Vendors and contractors (not caregivers, housekeepers or housewatchers) must be preapproved by Management pursuant to procedures implemented by Management.  A list of approved vendors and contractors will be distributed by Management and made available to the community. This list of approved vendors and contractors are not being recommended by the Club, but they are approved to perform services at YARCOBR because they have submitted appropriate evidence of insurance and other required documentation to satisfy Management’s threshold standards. Additional vendors and contractors can be added to the List after being pre-approved by Management. Any person who is on the Vendor/Service Provider List, when visiting YARCOBR to provide services, shall have no privileges to use any Club amenities for personal recreation or other personal purpose.

3. Any Owner or Renter who violates this rule shall be subject to fine, suspension of privileges or other penalty as determined by the Club’s Board of Directors.
