Your comments in support of renovating the clubhouse are to the point and completely valid.  Your longstanding experience and thorough knowledge of the amenities in our community are extremely impressive.  

You make a clear and strong case for the option to renovate and restore the present structure.  I sincerely hope that every owner takes the opportunity to read your words prior to the deadline for the vote.
