PROXY VOTING RULES

If you assigned your proxy to someone, that person MUST PHYSICALLY BE AT THE MEETING to vote for you.  If you assigned your proxy to someone and they are not going to PHYSICALLY BE THERE, your vote will not count as per yesterday’s email.  

I contacted Veronica and she confirmed this email from yesterday.   If you filled out your limited proxy incorrectly, you can fax a new one to 561-347-1587 or email a new one to TriciaGM@YARCOBR.com.   See the way it is filled out at the bottom.  If you fax or email a change to the correct info,  

I would add a note saying you are replacing your originally filed limited proxy with the  correct information.  Don’t forget to check option 2 – Repair/Renovation.
