HEADS UP: A recent Letter sent to All the Representatives

I'm getting a lot of phone calls about a letter sent from YARCOBR President Jory. 

It has to do with the "D" building representative. 

If you're in "D" building pay attention. 

Pres. Jory is calling for "Proof of Appointment" from the representative,

Irwin Danels. 

He says he will give the Rep. a seat at the Director's table but until he has the "Proof of Appointment" it would be inappropriate to receive a vote. 

If you're in D building, do you want your representative excluded from voting?
