I think it would be a good idea for a Assassins Creed game to be set in the Philippines. The Philippines has a rich history of civil conflict and freedom fighters fighting for their freedom against the Spaniards and then afterwards the Americans. What makes their war with the Americans so interesting is that they just started a country government and they were trying to unite the army they had scattered across the nation. The people of the Philippines were fresh in the war and they were fighting ferociously for their independence just as America fought for theirs. And there were the great generals of the Philippines like Heneral Luna who would do everything to serve his country and fight for freedom. To some thing setting might be similar to Assassins creed 3's American revolution but Philippines has a unique variety of weapons and environment that would do good for gameplay mechanics that would differ from AC3, and the story for AC3 would be different for a game with a setting like this because in the Philippine-American war, they were not just fighting the Americans, but the people in their own army who felt threaten by each other. Philippine's history is unique and special unlike any history out there.
