Yahoo, with 30 days notice, has announced a bombshell that they will shutdown and delete the Answers website. While this platform is known to be messy, unmoderated, and downright silly, it was and continues to be a pure piece of internet history.

Deleting Yahoo Answers would rid the internet of past questions as well as a helpful service where anyone can ask any question, and get a response.

If Yahoo wants to shut down Answers as an active service, it should at least be publicly archived. Sign the petition and share if you agree.
