We the people of the State of North Carolina demand legislative action from NCGA Republicans and Lt. Gov Dan Forest.

Gov. Roy Cooper's Executive & Emergency Powers must be reined in as they have directly denied citizens of North Carolina the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Rights endowed by our Creator. 

No Governor, regardless of political party should ever be able to do this to the citizens of North Carolina again. Which we ask Lt. Gov Dan Forest to acknowledge and advocate for.   Through this tyranny, the economic, health, and human impact will be felt for generations to come in the State of North Carolina

Therefore, we the citizens of North Carolina, formally request that Senate President Pro Tempore Sen. Phil Berger (Republican, District 30, Caswell, Rockingham, Stokes, & Surry) & House Speaker Rep. Tim Moore (Republican, District 111, Cleveland) draft legislation that will overturn the Stay At Home provisions of Executive Order 121 from Gov. Roy Cooper and bring such legislation to the floors of the House and Senate for a roll-call vote, thus allowing NC to return to a state of normal operations with no phased roll out, no later than May 1st, 2020.
