Xyngular incorporates and relies heavily on their sales tactic called "testimonies" of their products (from distributors/employees) to sell their products. Testimonies from Xyngular distributors have claimed Xyngular cured them of migraines, cancer, obesity, aspergers, heart disease, autism, depression, anxiety and bad parenting, to name a few. 

Xyngular teaches, encourages and rewards distributors for using this practice of bearing "testimonies". They then copy, mass reproduce and distribute these claims in their various advertising campaigns.  However, because Xyngular the corporation itself did not claim these miracles, they slip through the legal loophole of being held accountable for these claims they breed in their company.
