As a devoted Xbox fan since its inception, I have been one of Xbox biggest supporters. The introduction of Gamepass has been a game-changer, opening doors to many wonderful indie games that would have otherwise remained unexplored. One of its crowned jewels among countless others is Hi-Fi Rush, produced by the talented team at Tango Works Games Studio. Their heart, talent and imagination they showed was a sign of what I thought was a bright future.

However, Xbox's recent decision to close down Tango Works is deeply concerning. This studio has consistently demonstrated its ability to produce high-quality games that resonate with gamers worldwide. It's disheartening that while other developers like 343 continue despite their mishandling of Halo, a studio as dedicated and creative as Tango Works faces closure. That last statement is coming from a hardcore Halo fan that made plenty of excuses to give them another shot despite massively botching the franchise.

This decision not only impacts the livelihoods of these talented individuals but also undermines what I believe has always been Xbox's mission - providing gamers access to great games. If this decision was made because of money I think all fans would be happy to accept their games becoming non exclusive then let this developer fall.

Therefore, I ask all fans of Evil within, GhostwireTokyo and most of all Hi-Fi Rush to call upon Microsoft to reverse their decision regarding Tango Works Games Studio. Urge them not just for the sake of preserving jobs but also for maintaining their commitment towards delivering great and unique gaming experiences.

Xbox be better than this.
