• March 4, 2022: Petition published by Michael Suter, CPCU & F. Michael Higginbotham, Law Professor; petition sponsored by 11 BHHS alumni, Terri Miller, President, https://www.sesamenet.org/
• April 2022: Trial postponed from May 2 to July 5 after request by Friedman/BH school district
• June 3, 2022: Petition sponsors publish ad in Beverly Hills Courier supporting survivors of childhood sex abuse by Friedman; ad produced 2 new civil claims vs. Friedman, BHUSD
• June 22, 2022: Beverly Press news article about survivor suing Beverly Hills school district and Friedman, petition, confirms two new civil claims to be filed
• June 2022: Trial postponed from July 5 to February 2023 after request by Friedman/BH school district due to weak defense
• July 22, 2022: Petition is dominating with 850+ signatures after twenty weeks
