Wyoming law clearly says that an agricultural producer has the right to sell, process, store, and distribute any raw agricultural product they produce. The Dept. of Ag and the feds are claiming that raw milk in any form is illegal and that even cow shares are illegal, but there is absolutely no law in Wyoming that makes it illegal to own a cow, or a share of a cow, and hire someone to feed, care, milk, and deliver the milk to you.
