Due to the recent events surrounding the closure of all WSUSA Executive meetings without prior notice or rationale, we have created a petition to protect student interests.

By signing this petition, you as a WSU student or concerned community member, are demanding transparency and open access to any and all meetings concerning the use of student fees, or allocated fees for a purpose (dances, swag for events, election procedures, etc.)

While privacy concerns should always be maintained, there should be nothing private about the nature of student elected business and all private matters should be discussed in an informal setting as well as advanced rational legal notice beforehand ( 2 weeks min.) if a meeting is to be closed.
