My Name Is Christopher Calhoun, I am a Father of 5 Children. I have a daughter who does not even know who I am.i am Currently Incarcerated In Connecticut For a Crime That Detectives And Prosecutor's Fabricated Evidence And Manipulated Witness Testimony, using Me as a Pawn for a cold case unit that just started In New Haven. Shorty after being wrongfully convicted I was purposely put into a recreation yard by prison staff ,while handcuffed behind my back.two inmates begin attacking me, prison staff allowed it to continue until they felt the need to intervene.i was dragged, changed and left unconscious in a holding cell in order to keep it out of the public’s eye i was then transported in an unmarked state vehicle. My diagnosis are , left depressed skull fracture and a blood blot in my brain. Dizziness/Headaches. I am not receiving the proper medical attention for my Brain injuries. I believe They are Attempting to Unalive me because they are trying to bury my case.

I am asking for the publics help Because the Judicial system is attempting to Bury My case along With Attorneys who have Sworn to uphold The Law. My Transcripts have been changed So that I couldn't use Prosecutorial Misconduct On my appeal and Attorney Norm Patti's, who has been in the News Recently, For Misconduct which led to his suspension and His Racist an Homophobic Remarks Which leads Me to know that the reason he was an INEFFECTIVE COUNSEL was Because he Does not care about My Life. He did not include or look into any of the mitigating facts that could have freed me! There was a claim placed against a Detective from New Haven For Perjury lying on the stand while the prosecutor Showed him Falsified Documents.These Documents Detailed A Layout of calls Claimed was Made From The Victim and The witness in My case. This Witness Testimony is Solely Based off of This phone call Which real records proved Never happened!

So with out this phone call The witness Never went to Church St. South housing complex Around the time the Victim was Unalived. There was A juror who Helped in my Conviction That I did not want to continue to be a Juror when it was revealed that she was the teacher to the children of  one of the witnesses. This same witness committed perjury as well, Prosecutors gave her the testimony of Her cousin who passed away,An They changed the Testimony for their Benefit an used her to testify against me.  The other main witness in the case made multiple inconsistent statements and  the Key witness to the case who sparked the investigation  stated the shooter was 6 feet and Dark skinned, I am 5'7 and Brown skinned. She also stated That There was only 4 People during the argument One older Female, a Younger Female, One older male and a Younger Male.Everything She Testified to was the complete opposite of what these other witnesses Testified to! I Have more facts to back up my innocence, I am reaching out for help from Everyone who has the power To look into this Matter since it is a Constitutional Matter A Violation Of My 14th 8th and 6th Amendments! I am Begging for your help so I don't have to Be like so many who have done 20-30 years for a crime they did not commit. I ask that you help shed light on an unjustified horrible situation.
