I have known Joshua for over 20 years, a compassionate and kind-hearted person who recently became the most significant part of my life as my boyfriend. As someone who has survived domestic violence myself, I am deeply committed to supporting real victims of such abuse. It is because of this background, and my intimate knowledge of Joshua's character, that I am appalled by the recent wrongful accusations against him.

Joshua was arrested for aggravated assault following false allegations made by his ex-girlfriend. I was directly present during the entire incident and captured video and audio evidence that clearly demonstrates she was the aggressor in the situation. Her history includes numerous charges related to domestic violence, assault, and even child abuse, which further corroborates the pattern of her behavior.

Despite our earnest attempts to share this evidence with the police, they have refused to review it and denied Joshua both a fair hearing and bail. This injustice must be addressed, as refusing to review critical evidence not only undermines Joshua’s rights but also supports the perpetuation of false claims which harm genuine survivors and those wrongfully accused.

We are calling for an immediate review and admission of the evidence we have provided, a reassessment of Joshua’s case to ensure justice, and for systemic changes in law enforcement procedures to prevent such miscarriages of justice in the future. Law enforcement agencies must uphold the integrity of the legal process and protect the rights of every individual—especially in emotional and complex cases like Joshua’s.

We urge the authorities to take immediate action to remedy this situation by thoroughly investigating the claims with the evidence at hand and releasing Joshua on bail until all facts are justly considered.
