🚨 SEEKING JUSTICE🚨

On Friday, May 23, 2025, at 6:44am, my partner James L. Smith was arrested for crimes he did NOT commit (Burglary 1st Degree and Sexual Misconduct of a Minor 1st Degree).

We have video proof that James arrived at his grandmother’s home at 12:00am and never left during the time of the alleged crime. A family member lied, saying he left at 1:00am for 45 minutes but the footage determines otherwise. This is also the same family he has a history of conflict with.

Still, on September 2, 2025, at his second bond hearing, the judge REFUSED to even review the video and denied his bond again after making us wait 1 week and 3 days.

James is being held at Bamberg County Detention Center for a crime he did not commit based on lies and his past being used against him. They didn't give him a chance to tell his side of the story. The alleged victim is also known for spreading false accusations.
