Altoids Sours were one of the greatest candy innovations introduced to us in 2004. They came in a 1.76 oz tin full of sour hard sweets. They came in five different fruit-flavors: citrus, apple, raspberry, mango, and tangerine. In February of 2010, they were discontinued. According to a Wrigley customer service representative, they were discontiued due to former low sales. This is the sad, true story of the discontinued Altoid Sours. There weren't popular enough to continue production. Altoid Sours were one of my favorite candies in my youth (the tangerine and raspberry flavors were my favorite). My father used to buy them for me all the time, and then a decade later I realized that they no longer exist. I'm making this petition to bring Altoid Sours back. If we really want to bring them back on the shelves, let's put our money where our mouth is and sign this petition.
