The Finnish Fling (A Chance rides Rotor) has been operating at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri since 1973 when the park opened. The ride is one of the last still in operation in the world. Unfortunately due to its rarity, the ride is scheduled to be shut down and demolished by the 2018 season due to maintenance costs being "too high". By signing this petition, you are agreeing that the ride should be saved and that the park should spend the extra money in keeping this iconic ride alive. By saving this ride, families in the future can enjoy the ride along with past generations who have enjoyed it since it opened in May 1973.
