The Red Panda is in increasing danger. They are on the endanged list due to the deforestation and rising CO2 levels in their habitats. My teammates and I are working on taking action on this problem. Our ultimate goal is to get a mission team together to travel to one of the most prevalent habitats of the Red Panda, Nepal. In traveling to Nepal we would work to educate citizens in these towns on how to make a more sustainable economy that is not only dependent on the cutting down of trees in order to keep their economy running. The main reason citizens of Nepal and surrounding habitats cut down trees is because of the need for the land to use for agriculture, the main source of their economy. In signing this petition, together, we can gain awareness for this topic an ultimatly be able to contact higher authorities and explain our goal and awareness we have raised.
