The Arctic Fox despite only being listed as 'Least Concern' on the IUCN Red List it is crucial for more people to be aware of the creature which will be facing danger in the coming years. It comparison to creatures critically endangered now such as the snow leopard and black rhino which have sufficient promotion campaigns, the Arctic Fox is relatively unknown with not enough awareness campaigns. However, when the polar caps in the Arctic start melting it will be too late so not only is it important to preserve creatures which are endangered it is crucial to protect what we have now for the future generations.
