It was recently announced that the Tribute in Lights is being cancelled for 2020 because of coronavirus concerns. 
Now is not the time to be cancelling an event that brings remembrance to those that were lost but also hope that we will overcome. During a time where we are all weary of our lives being turned upside down by this invisible killer, this symbol of hope is just as important as it was on 3/11/2002.

For those we lost, and for those who still suffer, these lights are a symbol that we remember, and that we will NEVER FORGET 9/11/2001.
