Sharon Needles is a former contestant and winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 4. In the past week, it has been revealed that Sharon has preyed on a fan who was a minor at the time.

This isn’t the first time that Sharon has done something like this. In Bob the Drag Queen and MonetXChange’s podcast “Sibling Rivalry,” they revealed that Sharon has texted them the n word, which isn’t new because she has said the n word multiple times. She has also a history of dressing up as a nazi while others report instances of blackface. The individual who has wrote this doc is also the only one that has dealt with Sharon’s predatory behavior. Fans have reported that Sharon has groped them inappropriately without their consent. This kind of behavior cannot be tolerated anymore.

Sharon has yet to make a statement as does World Of Wonder. We as a community as World of Wonder to cut ties with Sharon Needles and have her banned from any drag related events such as DragCon, Drag Queen cruise, and other events produced by World of Wonder. Drag is supposed to be an art form where people express themselves, challenege the gender norms, and providing a safe space for everyone.
