Only 13% of girls consider a career in the STEM fields.

Women represent only 24% of the shares of all STEM jobs.

30% of girls believe STEM is for boys.

41% of women abandon their STEM careers because of the hostile environment.

This needs to stop NOW. 

The PowHER project endeavors to arm our generation with the means to change the world and act upon their thoughts. We want to encourage them to become conscious of the differences developing in our societies and actively participate in the diminution and ultimate resolution of gender problems in our world.

For that, we need people like YOU! The means to change the world lies in our very hands. 

We need to tell world leaders, corporations, businesses and all of the world to stop the discrimination against women in STEM. We need to enable these bright, intelligent, driven women to fulfill their dreams and reach for the stars.

To give them opportunities. To give them advice. To support them. To unify, once and for all, and allow women to BELIEVE.

To BELIEVE that WOMEN can be ANYTHING.
